POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Right ankle bimalleolar fracture, displaced.
SURGICAL PROCEDURE: Open reduction and internal fixation of lateral malleolar ankle fracture.
INDICATIONS: This is a 43-year-old male who twisted his ankle on the 16th of this month, sustaining the above injury. Radiographs have revealed a displaced ankle fracture. I advised surgical treatment after thorough PAR-Q conference.
